Time counting is not paused when asking to replace/resume file

When copying small files, the resume button causes 'File already exists' dialog to appear (a separate bug was created for this - CH-144).
When this dialog is being shown, the stats counting is not paused - i.e. time of operation is still increasing, breaking the estimates of remaining time.
