Add full path filtering in rule edit dialogs and filter dialog

After implementing feedback rules in "not enough space" dialog, we also need some mechanism to filter by entire path instead of only through filename wildcards, so that we can establish the rule to look like:

• when destination path matches: \\server
  share_with_wrong_free_space
• respond with - ignore
