Change trunk binding to new paths

Modify the binding for trunk to allow accessing the right repository on checkout.
At this point there is no possibility to use the universal link for RO and RW access since sf.net distinguishes access type based on protocol used (http/svn for RO, https/svn+ssh for RW) so at this point only trunk should be switched to allow correct sources to be downloaded.
