Skipping file when file is being opened does not update task stats

When file is being copied to a location that already have file with the same name, the feedback dialog is being shown that allows skipping the file.
However, if this is the only file to be copied, the task finishes with 0.2% progress. The problem does not happen when skipping file while reading or writing.
