Register 32bit shell extension also for 64bit Windows

Currently installer/CH registers 32bit shell extension only for 32bit Windowses and 64bit shell ext for 64bit Windowses.
This works well for 64bit Windows systems as long as the interfacing applications are also 64bit. 32bit apps on 64bit Windows cannot make use of the integration as they can't use 64bit shell extension. For that scenario we need 32bit shell extension to also be available on 64bit systems. That means installer, CH and portable version.
