Description

Due to a buggy WinInet in Windows XP, the updates checked does not work:

InternetReadFileExW is not implemented in default installation of WinXP SP3 (it was implemented with one of the later updates),
InternetOpenUrl fails if there are any headers to be send,
there are issues connecting to secure website.
