Shell extension not working after migration to VS2015

    Description

      After migration of projects to VS2015, chext fails to register on Windows XP 32-bit using regsvr32. Manual registration does not seem to help.
      One possible culprit could be missing ms-win-api-core-fibers library. That needs to be investigated though.
