Possibility to export task details to xml

Copy Handler introduced the possibility to use XMLs with task definitions in one of the alpha versions for 1.40.
There is no possibility to export such information from CH, forcing user to create such files manually.
Add the possibility to export task information from the CustomCopy dialog.
