Engine-wide logging support

There are several logs available when using CH:
1. Global GUI log (ch.log) that covers things happening in the main application.
2. Per task logs covering things happening when processing the task.

We need to get additional log for supporting elements of the engine that does not directly relate to specific task (like problems with task manager).
