Description
Currently the translation files are being managed by a separate application that requires user to send the translation manually to me for inclusion in the next CH version.
That causes multiple problems:
1. This translation won't be available to the rest of users until the next version is released (and that usually takes a long time).
2. Translator has to put some effort not only in translation, but also in sending the right file to the right ch discussion forum or to the right e-mail.
3. I have to take care of the translations manually (i.e. download from e-mail/forum, put into svn for later distribution).
We need to make use of the internet to manage translations, so that:
1. Translator will only press "Share" button for uploading the translated strings (probably for approval).
2. CH will check for updated translations every now and then and download the updates for appropriate version.
3. My role will be limited to approving the translations in some kind of either web interface or a local application.
