Shell extension context menu - choose directory manually

When displaying "(CH) Copy to..." and similar options in shell extension context menu, we only display the paths defined by user in CH options.
That causes many misunderstandings and is a bit uncomfortable to use.
Add additional option in the submenu (especially when empty) to "Choose..." destination directory.
